Having a blood test for me unfortunately is not a great experience and have needed quite a few undergoing medical treatment. Had the grumpiest woman take my blood. She was difficult to understand as she was wearing a face mask and looked the desk as she asked me questions-need some training in interpersonal skills won’t be going back there.

I was here to get some blood work done and was greeted by a very rude lady. As she couldn’t read the doctors handwriting she originally refused to get my test done even when I showed her exactly what was needed as the doctor had attached the brochure of the test to the document. After I read what it said to her she reluctantly did the blood test for me. However when she took my bloods, she was not only very rough, but proceeded to wave the needle around after she took it out - blood dripped all over my bag which I only noticed afterwards. This is extremely unprofessional and unhygienic!

Not competent personnel. The nidle was moved in a circle under the skin during the blood test attempt.
