After waiting 3 months since I Purchased the Platinum Test which was about $750 I have to share the disappointing experience/service received. Had two parts to complete which were Blood test and Gut test. 1. Blood test was good and was done fast in a week, the lady at QML at reception was making comments that alot of the blood tests could be requested by my doctors for free which I did know already which if you got a good doctor that can spend the time will do what the app does and break the results down. Thinking there was value the app and getting someone to review the blood tests results it felt very generic review by the doctor which they tell you to go to a GP anyway. Overall experience with blood test was ok. 2. With the gut test this was a nightmare as i was emailing back and forth the people that do the testing for the gut and I screen. To confirm I screen dont do any testing as they outsource this so you actually could just go directly if you wanted if you have a referral. The gut test company had a closing period of 3 weeks and emailed I screen about my concerns but they would tell me to send the samples saying they spoken to the lab but this was flat out incorrect. I didnt want to fight over it or send my gut samples only have to do it again so I had to wait 3 weeks during the closure period so between blood and gut test there was 5 week wait. I was very frustrated with miss communication and incorrect information as it should be their responsibility to know about closures. Overall with the gut test I would not use I screen at all. Other issues found is the app has a constant bug where I have to force close it down to reopen and last with the gut test you have to pay additional $50 to have someone give information on the test as they just provide you with the results with no review. In summery for this test the cost vs the service it was not worth it at all. If it was not for the xmas period and the unhelpful staff I would be incline to say 4/5 but after seeing how I can get my own tests done direct I would find someone if you have the gp/referrals to do it. I would only recommend use them for simple blood tests and avoid blowing away $750 on the Platinum Test. I emailed them to pass on my feedback of experience but even after a fortnight they never replied back.

Easy process to order and then go for the tests. Results were fast and very well presented on the dashboard. Dashboard has the ability to show history, so you can track results over time.

I am so thankful I found this service. This is the ideal service for people wanting to take personal responsibility for their own health. Now we can order the tests directly and keep track of our results using i-screen.I have had annual health checks before but not to this level because doctors simply do not or cannot order this depth of tests.Everything was professional and prompt. I look forward to using this service again for my regular health checks.

Very well designed app and very easy to interpret results. I get my bloods done here and any out of the ordinary I either fix myself with diet changes or if needed a GP. I self diagnosed testosterone deficiency using this service and followed up with the correct specialist and am now on track to feeling 100% again. I can’t recommend this service enough.

I really appreciated that I could be specific about what tests I wanted done and that such a broad range are available.The platform is very easy to navigate and the process was non-complicated when it came to taking my referral to the pathology centre.The personal dashboard is a great feature and I was able to use my results in follow up appointments by showing them to different health professionals.

I love that this service gives me autonomy over my health. Sometimes it’s a battle to get a GP to retest for things or order comprehensive blood panels because they have to work within restricted parameters. The most convenient aspect about I-screen is that I get the results together with feedback direct to me. I can then forward to any of my other health practitioners for their reference such as to my naturopath. I recommend this great app to lots of friends and family.

Everything was as expected,and well formatted report and findings were good quality.The turnaround time a bit too long but expected with postal service in th loopSome misunderstanding regrding forms were quickly resolved by user support so I could confidently wrap up evererything as required.
